  • Delivery methods available

    We deliver goods through reliable and proven subcontractors. We offer transport by road, sea and air. On selected routes we also organise fast combined transport: road + sea. We handle full truckload (FTL) shipments. cs

  • From which location can goods be collected and how can the correct loading be verified?

    We store goods in our warehouses in Warsaw and Częstochowa. The correctness of loading can be verified by:

    • obtaining photographic documentation or a video recording of loading,
    • sending a person authorised by the customer to the loading site for inspection.
    • This service is offered by SGS.
  • Is transport included in the price?

    Prices quoted in the offer do not include transport costs and are EXW Warsaw and EXW Czestochowa. We calculate transport costs individually, according to customer needs, based on the most favourable market offers.

  • Can labels be created for purchased products?

    We offer a comprehensive bespoke labelling, repackaging and printing service at an additional cost. Labels can be printed in any colour, size and language version.

  • Does placing an order oblige me to purchase goods?

    In the case of foreign customers, a down payment of 30% of the order value is a prerequisite for processing the order. If payment is not credited to our account, we cannot guarantee the reservation of goods available in stock. For domestic transactions, the conditions are set individually for each order.

  • How quickly will I receive an offer?

    Our sales specialists will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry.

  • To whom can I address enquiries about the current offer?

    Enquiries regarding the current offer and sales order can be addressed directly to the sales specialists of the respective departments or sent via the contact form available on our website.

  • What payment methods are accepted and in which currencies can payments be made?

    We accept payment by bank transfer to the CC-Trade company account at ING POLAND. Payments can be made in currencies: EUR, USD, GBP and PLN.
